VAP Membership Policy

Authors: Author membership is by application and acceptance at the discretion of the Vermont Authors Project. All are welcome to apply. Membership criteria include publication of one or more books in any genre, either by a traditional publisher, small press, or self-publication. Work(s) must be available in physical and digital distribution and available at wholesale or from stock in bookstores. Publication(s) must bear industry-accepted indicia and appear professional in format and design. Authors must be alive and have a significant residence history in Vermont.

Bookstores, libraries that host authors, book clubs, literary festivals & institutions, and publishers’ services may simply register for inclusion.
